14-Day Returns Policy

To ensure you have time to consider your purchase, Michael Trio offers a 14-day return guarantee. Customers may return any item other than custom or special ordered items within 14-day from the original date of shipment of the merchandise for a full refund*.

Our engraved jewellery products are inapplicable for our 14-days return policy with the exception of our engraved rings. All Michael Trio engraved rings may be returned for credit. However, engraving fees are non-refundable. Diamonds purchased under our Michael Trio Diamond Upgrade Program may not be returned.

The merchandise must be in new, unused, unworn condition and not damaged or modified in any way and be accompanied by the original sales receipt, appraisal and grading reports. $350SGD will be charged for replacement of certificate. Physical transactions made in the showroom is not refundable. Merchandise showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweller other than Michael Trio will immediately and irrevocably void Michael Trio’s 14 Days return policy. Diamonds purchased as part of our Michael Trio Upgrade Program may not be returned for credit. Administrative charges might apply.

International Returns
Michael Trio reserves the right to charge you for any fees we incur at time of package receipt. To avoid additional charges, we recommend sending your return via our preferred Parcel Pro insured FedEx carrier.
How To Prepare A Return Or Exchange
To return a diamond or jewellery item to Michael Trio, follow the below process:
1. For all returns, please call 65-6299-0110 or email to [email protected]
2. Package your return. We recommend you use the original shipping box, including all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you will be liable for the $350SGD (or equivalent amount in other currencies) replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write Michael Trio anywhere on the outside of the box.
3. Insure Your Package. We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials, fully insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. For your convenience and at your discretion, insurance can be purchased through Parcel Pro at a discounted rate. Insurance can be purchased directly from Parcel Pro.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, including Special Handling and any other related costs, are non-refundable. Please do not ship returns C.O.D. If you receive any portion of your order damaged, please contact us prior to returning the items. Michael Trio will not reimburse you for unauthorized shipping expenses incurred. Please retain all shipping materials for FedEx pick up and/or inspection.
If we request that you return the merchandise to us, we may reimburse you for full or partial return shipping expenses at our discretion. We will not reimburse you for overnight, express or other special services used at your discretion.
After Your Return Is Received By Michael Trio
Once your return is received into our system, you will receive a confirmation email. System processing occurs Monday through Friday. Please allow our team two business day, up to 48 hours, once the carrier arrives to receive product into our system.
Once entered into our system, your return must be inspected by our Quality Assurance team. Please allow 2-4 business days for this process. If there are any questions regarding your return, we will contact you. Once inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed. For refunds, please allow an additional 2-4 days.
Credits To Your Charge Card
Credit card purchases and PayPal purchases will be refunded against the credit card or account used on the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date that Michael Trio has received your return for your account to be credited. You may wish to contact your credit card company on posting guidelines as they can vary. All fees and additional charges by the merchant (VISA, Mastarcard, Paypal etc) for credits returned are to be absorbed by the customer returning the item.
