We ship our products both locally and internationally.

Please note that products shipped internationally may not be in accordance with destination country or region standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. The customer is responsible for determining that products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country or region.

Michael Trio currently ships to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Bermuda, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, London, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan , Trinidad and Tobago, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States.

Please check with us if you are planning to deliver to a remote area. Delivery for oversea will be done Fedex.

Shipping is free for all products. Michael Trio provides quick and efficient shipping, with full insurance coverage to all shipping destinations. All items will be packaged securely and will be fully insured while in transit to your destination.

International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country. Please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.

We currently offer 2 local delivery options so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs. Check in with us for oversea shipping.

  1. FREE Standard shipping: Deliver within 5-7 working days (Excluding Season Periods) upon dispatch. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you upon request. Please remember a signature will be required upon delivery.
  2. FREE Store collection: If you prefer to pick up your purchase from our showroom, please indicate your preferred pick-up showroom location on the checkout page. Our sales representative will get in touch with you once your product is ready for collection.

Loose diamonds are shipped immediately after passing inspection. You'll see an estimated shipping and delivery date for each product on every product details page. These can also be seen in your account dashboard and order confirmation email. Hereafter, you can expect your delivery within the above timeframes.

Yes. Our items are fully insured during transit and all purchases require a signature upon delivery. To keep our customers protected, Michael Trio always:

  1. Insure and register all items for their full value
  2. Use only reliable shipping service for all orders to ensure that your package will be delivered in the fastest and safest manner
  3. Require that all deliveries be made to a physical business or residential address
  4. Prohibit delivery to PO Box address
  5. Require a signature for all packages upon delivery

Order Status and Tracking will be Provided to you when the Product is ship out, You will get the tracking number via Email Or WhatsApp.

Michael Trio takes every precaution to ensure that your order arrives safely. Your order will be fully insured during transit, and we require a signature for all packages.

Your estimated delivery date will be in your order confirmation email & your account dashboard - please allow until this date for your order to arrive. Kindly take note that your parcel will take at least 5-7 working days (Excluding Season Periods) to arrive upon dispatch.

Due to the high volume of orders during the peak/festive seasons, there may be a delay in processing the orders and having them ready for pick-up and shipping. Rest assured that our sales representative will get in touch with you to discuss the delay.

Yes, we ship internationally. International orders over SGD $500 in value are shipped via FedEx International Priority or UPS Worldwide Express. International orders under SGD $500 in value are shipped via FedEx Economy or Singpost.

When you place an international order, we will ship it to you for free. Once the package arrives in your country, the courier will contact you to collect any taxes or duties. Shipping is done via FedEx International Priority/UPS Worldwide Express for orders over SGD $500 in value and usually takes two to three days. Packages valued below SGD $500 are sent via Singpost.

Promotions

Promotions that are on Malaysia website are only for Malaysian customers who have a valid address in Malaysia.

The billing address or shipping address should have a valid Malaysia address.

Any order does not fulfill this criteria Michael Trio has the right to not process the order and will refund the amount you paid with an admin fee of 2.6%.

14-Day Return Policy

If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, Michael Trio offers a 14-day return guarantee for online orders. Please refer to the next question for further information on the conditions for return.

Do note that products purchased during promotional periods, exclusive campaigns or flash sales cannot be refunded for cash, credit or exchanged for other goods of similar value. Custom or special-ordered items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For online purchases

We accept returns for a full cash refund or exchange within 14 days from the delivered date. Charges for return shipping and insurance fees will be borne by the customer should it be required for the item to return to our warehouse in Singapore

Singapore & International: Returns must reach us within 14 calendar days from the delivered date.

Please note that to be eligible for return, item(s) must be in their original purchase condition (undamaged and in "new and unused condition"), including all product documentation, and shipped back to us within 14 days. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than Michael Trio will not be accepted.

If an item was delivered with a diamond report, the return must be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report. Otherwise, customers will bear the cost of a replacement report.

To expedite an exchange for a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed.

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at +65 6299 0110. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Michael Trio. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five days of receipt of your order. Michael Trio is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

  • Purchase of custom or special-ordered items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • A fee for engraving will not be refunded/a fee will be charged for removal of engraving in case of a return/exchange.
  • Please note that for refund of online purchases, administrative costs will apply.
For in-store purchases

Purchases made in Michael Trio showrooms are only exchangeable within 30 days from the purchase date.

Initiate your return. Call +65 6299 0110 to speak with our Diamond & Jewellery Consultant or email us at [email protected]. You will receive a return code as well as detailed instructions for returning your order.

Arrange shipping and insurance. You may return your item(s) using the carrier of your choice. We recommend sending your return via our preferred Parcel Pro insured FedEx or UPS carrier. Please be sure to confirm that you insure your jewellery to the value that was paid. Customers will be responsible for any return shipping costs and insurance fees.

Package your item(s) securely in the original packing materials. Clearly write your return code on the outside of the shipping box you are returning. If your return is for refund or exchange, please include any diamond grading report(s) or appraisal(s). Diamond grading report(s) and appraisal(s) are not required for repairs and resizes. If an item was delivered with a diamond report, the return must be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report. Otherwise, customers will bear the cost of a replacement report. For security reasons, do not write Michael Trio anywhere on the outside of the box.

Once your return is received into our system, you will receive a confirmation email. Your return will be inspected by our quality assurance team. If there are any questions regarding your return, we will contact you. After inspection, your return will be fully processed.

Returns will be processed within 14 business days (not inclusive of weekends and Singapore public holidays) from the date we receive your return.

We will drop an email update once your return has been processed.

You are liable for any return shipping costs and insurance fees if the return is done through mail. Returns will be free of charge if you drop them off at any of our showrooms.

Installments

As of now there are no installment plan payment for online order.

Orders and Ring Sizes

We provide complimentary ring-sizers to help you determine your ring size. You may request a Free ring-sizer here. For alternative ways to find your ring size, you may find your ring size here.

Proper ring size will fit comfortably snug, but will resist just a bit when slid over the knuckle. It should take 2-3 seconds to slide it over the knuckle and this is normal, especially with men who typically have larger knuckles. If you size your ring to your knuckle, it will be too big on your finger.

For all oversea order Michael Trio provide Free Ring Resizing. This is done by shipping the Item back to Michael trio. Shipping and insurance cost will be borne by the customer.

Excluding eternity rings and tension rings, we offer a 60-days free resizing service to all online purchased rings and in-store purchased engagement rings.

Diamond Upgrade Program

Yes! You can upgrade your Diamonds that you have bought from michaeltrio. If you have bought a GIA diamonds, It can be upgraded to a GIA or IGI diamond but IGI diamonds can not be upgraded. When upgrading the price of the new diamond will be 2 times the amount of your orginal diamond that you have bought from us.

Your new certified replacement diamond will have to be of at least 2X or greater in value. For example, a $5,000 diamond can be upgraded to a diamond that costs $10,000. The original diamond that is traded in must be in the original condition, accompanied by the original laboratory grading report. Otherwise, customers will bear the cost of a replacement report.

Definitely yes, if your diamond is set in a Michael Trio setting, and is in reusable condition, we will be able to set your new diamond back onto the original ring setting. If the new diamond does not fit, you may choose to modify it at an additional cost. For settings that are not from Michael Trio, the diamond must be exchanged without the setting. If you wish to trade in your Michael Trio setting, any possible credit exchange will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Diamond Price Match Programme

Michael Trio strives to provide our customers with the confidence that you are paying the best price for your diamond. Found a comparable diamond at a lower price? Call us at +65 6299 0110 and we will honor the price as long as it fulfills our Diamond Price Match criteria here.

The Diamond Price Match Programme only applies before you purchase your Michael Trio diamond. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Michael Trio, you may choose to return your diamond within 14-days from the purchase date.

A comparable diamond must possess the same characteristics (cut, colour, clarity, carat, and fluorescence) as the Michael Trio diamond to which you are comparing. Michael Trio reserves the right to review your request and decide, in sole discretion, whether the diamond is comparable.

We accept price comparisons from all local retail competitors who are authorised Singapore-based diamond retailers in order to ensure ethical sourcing. We will also price match diamonds sold by major online retailers internationally. The diamond in comparison must be in stock and available for purchase at a lower price at the time of your request.

You will be required to provide a copy of the diamond's GIA grading report (issued within the last year) together with proof of the lower price offered.

The lower-priced diamond has to be in stock and available for purchase at the time of your request. Expired offers will not be eligible for price comparison.

Lifetime Warranty

We are committed to ensuring the quality of your purchase; we stand behind everything that we sell and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. We will repair and maintain your jewellery for a lifetime.

Our lifetime warranty offers free cleaning & inspection service, prong tightening, and diamond upgrades. Book an appointment at any of our branch to enjoy this service.

In the event that your jewellery requires services not covered under our lifetime warranty, your jewellery may be mailed back to our office for evaluation*. Once inspected, should charges apply, you will be notified prior to any work being performed to service your jewellery.

Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to return your item(s) to take advantage of our free lifetime warranty or request additional repair work needed to service your Michael Trio jewellery.

* To send us your jewellery, Singapore customers may drop it off at one of our stores. International customers will be subject to return shipping costs applicable to their order. We will ship your item back to you free of charge.

Conflict-free diamonds are gems that were not obtained due to human rights abuses, child labor, violence, or environmental degradation.

At Michael Trio, all diamonds are conflict-free. This is aligned with our brand value of only sourcing from suppliers who meet our internal requirements.

  2. We have contracts with our suppliers that guarantee their diamonds are conflict-free.
