Initiate your return. Call +6562990110 to speak with our Diamond & Jewellery Consultant or email us at service@michaeltrio.com. You will receive a return code as well as detailed instructions for returning your order.

Arrange shipping and insurance. You may return your item(s) using the carrier of your choice. We recommend sending your return via our preferred Parcel Pro insured FedEx or UPS carrier. Please be sure to confirm that you insure your jewellery to the value that was paid. Customers will be responsible for any return shipping costs and insurance fees.
