At Michael Trio, we're committed to offering competitive prices on our certified diamonds. Our Diamond Price Match Guarantee ensures you get the best value for your investment.

Eligibility Requirements

• Product Scope: This guarantee applies exclusively to certified loose diamonds sold through www.michaeltrio.com.
• Required Documentation: You must provide:
  • A copy of the GIA or IGI grading report for the competitor's diamond
  • A direct link to the competitor's website offer or published price
• Public Availability: The competing price must be publicly available and not a private or exclusive discount.
• Valid Timing: The competitor's offer must be active and verifiable when we review your request. Expired offers are not eligible.

Diamond Comparison Standards

• Currency Match: All prices must be in the same currency for comparison.
• Exact Specifications: The competitor's diamond must match our diamond exactly in:
  • Carat weight, cut, color, and clarity
  • Fluorescence level
  • Table and depth percentages
  • Symmetry and polish grades
  Michael Trio reserves the right to determine comparability.
• Certification Requirements: The competitor's diamond must have a current GIA or IGI report dated within the last 12 months.
• Availability: The competitor's diamond must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the advertised price.

Exclusions

• Fancy Colored Diamonds: This guarantee does not apply to fancy colored diamonds.
• Exclusive Collections: Pure Hearts™ by Michael Trio diamonds are not eligible.
• Special Promotions: Competitor offers involving rebates, gift certificates, bundled products, or "buy one, get one" deals are excluded.
• Limited Offers: Time-limited quantities, clearance sales, liquidation events, going-out-of-business sales, and loyalty program offers are not eligible.
• Pricing Errors: This guarantee does not apply to obvious pricing or typographical errors.
• Ineligible Sellers: Pawn shops and auction sites (online or physical) are excluded.

Program Limitations

• Purchase Timing: This guarantee only applies before you complete your Michael Trio diamond purchase.
• Program Conflicts: Cannot be combined with our Diamond Upgrade Program.
• One Per Customer: Only one diamond per customer is eligible. Multiple claims on the same diamond are not permitted.
• Personal Use Only: This guarantee applies to purchases for personal use only, not for resale or commercial purposes.
• Price Matching Window: If we match a competitor's price, the new price is honored for 48 hours.

Price Calculation

Our price comparison includes the final Michael Trio price after all applicable rebates, gift certificates, and promotional discounts. Comparable shipping and handling costs are included in the comparison.

Our Rights & Responsibilities

• Verification Process: Michael Trio reserves the right to thoroughly verify all competing offer information.
• Discretionary Decisions: We may refuse to match prices if we cannot adequately verify the competing offer.
• Program Management: We reserve the right to:
