Shipping is free with any purchase. Michael Trio provides quick and efficient shipping, with full insurance coverage to all shipping destinations. All items are securely packaged and fully insured while in transit to your home or office.

We currently offer 2 delivery options so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs!

1. FREE Standard shipping: Deliver within 3-5 working days upon dispatch. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you upon request. Please remember a signature is also required upon delivery.

2. FREE Store collection: If you prefer to pick up your purchase from our showroom, please indicate the store you wish to collect your purchase from the ‘Checkout’ page. Our sales representative will get in touch with you once your product is ready for collection.

Loose diamonds are shipped immediately after passing inspection. You'll see an estimated shipping and delivery date for each product on every product details page. These can also be seen in Your Account Dashboard and Order Confirmation Email. Hereafter, you can expect your delivery within the above timeframes.

We do not deliver to army camps, hotels, and most of the islands in Singapore.

International Order

Yes, we ship internationally.

Please note that products shipped internationally may not be designed in accordance with destination country or region standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. The customer is responsible for determining that products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country or region.

International orders over $500 in value are shipped via FedEx International Priority or UPS Worldwide Express. International orders under $500 in value are shipped via FedEx Economy or Singpost.

When you place an international order, we will ship it to you for free. Once the package arrives in your country, the courier will contact you to collect any taxes or duties. Shipping is done via Fedex International Priority/ UPS Worldwide Express for orders over S$500 in value and usually takes two to three days. Packages valued below S$500 are sent Singpost.

Michael Trio takes every precaution to ensure that your order arrives safely. Your order is fully insured during transit, and we require a signature for all packages.

14-Day Return Policy

Yes, you can! Michael Trio offers a 14-day return guarantee.

Do note that products purchased during promotional period, exclusive campaigns or flash sales cannot be refunded for cash, credit or exchanged for other goods of similar value.

For online purchases

We accept returns for a full cash refund or exchange within 14 days from delivered date. You will only pay for return shipping and insurance fees.

Singapore & International: Returns must reach us within 14 calendar days from delivered date.

A Return Code is required for all returns. You may request a Return Code by following the steps here.

Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition (undamaged and in "new and unused condition"), including all product documentation, and shipped back to us within 14 days. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than Michael Trio will not be accepted.

If your item was delivered with a diamond report and that report is not returned, you will be liable for a fee as replacement cost.

To expedite an exchange for a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed.

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at 65-6299-0110. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Michael Trio. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five days of receipt of your order. Michael Trio is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

*Purchase of Custom or Special ordered items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
*A fee for engraving will not be refunded / a fee will be charged for removal of engraving in case of a return/ exchange.

For in store purchases

Purchases made in Michael trio stores are only allowed to be refunded for store credits. However, you can easily exchange your item(s) at our stores within 14 days starting from purchase date.

Drop your parcel off at the cashier at any of our Singapore showrooms within 14 days from the delivered date.

2. Mail it back to us:

Initiate your return. Call 65-6299-0110 to speak with a Diamond & Jewellery Consultant or email us at [email protected] You will receive a Return Code as well as detailed instructions for returning your order.

Arrange shipping and insurance. You may return your item(s) using the carrier of your choice. We recommend sending your return via our preferred Parcel Pro insured FedEx or UPS carrier. Please be sure to confirm that you insure your jewellery to the value that was paid. You are responsible for any return shipping costs and insurance fees.

Package your item(s) securely in the original packing materials. Clearly write your Return Code on the outside of the shipping box you are returning. If your return is for refund or exchange, please include any diamond grading reports or appraisal(s). Diamond grading reports and appraisals are not required for repairs and resizes. If your item was delivered with a diamond report and that report is not returned, you will be liable for a fee as replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write Michael Trio anywhere on the outside of the box.

Once your return is received into our system, you will receive a confirmation email. Your return must be inspected by our Quality Assurance team. If there are any questions regarding your return, we will contact you. Once the inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed.

Returns will be processed within 14 business days (not inclusive of weekends and Singapore public holidays) from the date we receive your return.

We will drop an email update once your return has been processed!

It’s free if you drop it off at one of our stores. You only responsible for any return shipping costs and insurance fees if you return by mail.

Ring Size & Resizing

We offer a complimentary ring-sizer just for you. We regret to inform that this is only limited to patrons with a Singapore address. For our international visitors, you may wish to head online to check your ring size .

When a ring fits properly it should slide on easily, but will resist just a bit when coming off, even taking 2-3 seconds to get back over the knuckle. This is normal, and especially common with men, who typically have larger knuckles. If you size your ring to your knuckle, it will be too big on your finger.

Several factors affect your ring size, including your weight. Fingers, like most areas of your body, store fat, resulting in your ring size changing. Changes in weight, aging, as well as climate changes are also factors that can affect your ring size.

Excluding eternity rings and tension rings, we offer 60 Days Free Resizing service to all online purchased rings and in-store purchased engagement rings.

Do take note that eternity rings and tension rings cannot be resized and have to be re-manufactured. Thus, it is important to find your correct size at the time of your purchase.

Resizing a ring usually takes one to two weeks.

Diamond Upgrade Program

Any diamond purchased directly from Michael Trio is eligible for Diamond Upgrade Program, as long as they are certified by GIA.
Your new certified diamond must be at least 2X greater in value than your original diamond. For example, a $5,000 diamond can be upgraded to a diamond that costs $10,000.
Definitely yes, if your diamond is set in a Michael Trio setting, and is in reusable condition, we can use it to set your new diamond. If the new diamond does not fit, we will return it to you or modify it for additional cost. If Michael Trio did not originally set your diamond, the diamond must be exchanged without the setting. If you wish to trade in you Michael Trio setting, any possible credit exchange will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Yes. The original diamond grading report must be returned in its original condition. Fees may apply for any damaged reports.
Yes, it is. Please contact our Customer Service about the specifics of international returns.

Installment

Currently, we only accept UOB Credit Cards, with installment options of 6-months or 12-months interest-free packages. However, do take note that payment through installments can only be processed for purchases made at our showroom, and is not applicable for online purchases.

Diamond Price Match Program

Michael Trio gives you the confidence that you’re paying the best price for your diamond. If you’ve found a diamond of comparable quality and characteristics that is lower in price, call us at 65-6299 0110. We will honor the price as long as it fulfills our Diamond Price Match criteria (Please review our Diamond Price Match program Terms & Conditions ).
We want to ensure that all our customers buy from us knowing that the prices we offer here at Michael Trio will be the lowest in the market.
The Diamond Price Match Program only applies before you purchase your Michael Trio diamond. Once you purchase from Michael Trio, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your diamond to us within 14 days.
The competitor’s diamond must have the same characteristics (e.g., cut, color, clarity, carat, and fluorescence) as the Michael Trio diamond to which you’re comparing it. Michael Trio reserves the right to review your request and decide, in our sole discretion, whether the competitor's diamond is comparable.
Our competitors are all local retail competitors who are authorized Singapore-based diamond retailer in order to ensure ethical sourcing. We will also price match diamond sold by major online retailers (including overseas). The competitor’s diamond must be in stock and available for purchase at a lower price at the time of your request.

Lifetime Warranty

We are committed to ensuring the quality of your purchase; we stand behind everything that we sell and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. We will repair and maintain your jewellery for a lifetime.

Our lifetime warranty offers free cleaning & inspection service, prong tightening, and diamond upgrades.

In the event that there is ever a problem with your jewellery or you are in need of other services that are not covered under our lifetime warranty, your jewellery can be mailed back to our office for evaluation*. Once inspected, should charges apply, you will be notified prior to any work being done to service your jewellery.

Please Contact Us if you have any questions or would like to return your item(s) to take advantage of our free lifetime warranty or request additional repair work needed to service your Michael Trio jewellery.

*To send us your jewellery, Singapore customers may drop it off at one of our stores. International customers will be subject to return shipping cost applicable to their order. We will ship your item back to you free of charge.
