Q: What is the cost of shipping?

Purchase any item and we will ship to you for free. Michael Trio provides fast, free shipping, and full insurance coverage to all our shipping destinations, regardless of the order amount. All items are securely packaged and fully insured while in transit to your home or office.

 

Q: What are the delivery options and when can I receive my order?

We currently offer 2 delivery options so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs!

  1. FREE Standard shipping: Deliver within 3-5 working days upon dispatch. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you upon request. Please remember a signature is also required upon delivery.
  2. FREE Store collection: If you prefer to pick up your purchase from our showroom, please indicate the store you wish to collect your purchase from the ‘Checkout’ page. Our sales representative will get in touch with you regarding the self-collection date in-stores once your product is ready for collection.

*Please note: We only ship your order once it has passed through our thorough quality control. Loose diamonds are shipped immediately after passing inspection. You'll see an estimated shipping or delivery date for each product on every product details page. An estimated delivery date will also appear in Your Account Dashboard and Order Confirmation Email after you've placed your order. Hereafter, you can expect your delivery within the above timeframes.

 

Q: Are your shipments secure?

Yes. For your protection, Michael Trio always:

  1. Insures and registers all items for their full value
  2. Uses only reliable shipping service for all orders, in order to deliver high value packages in the fastest and safest manner

  3. Required that all deliveries be made to a physical business or home address

  4. Disallow delivery to PO Box address

  5. Required a signature for the package

 

Q: What if my jewellery gets lost during shipment?

Michael Trio takes every precaution to ensure that your order arrives safely. Your order is fully insured during transit, and we require a signature for all packages.

 

Q: I haven’t received my parcel. Who can I contact?

Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email & your Account Dashboard - please allow until this date for your order to arrive. Kindly take note your parcel will take 3-5 working days to arrive upon dispatch.

If your estimated delivery date has passed, and there aren’t any known delivery delays, please email us at [email protected] so we may further assist you.

*Due to the high volume of orders during the peak/ festive seasons, there may be a delay in processing the order and having it ready for pick-up or shipping. Rest assured that our sales representative will get in touch with you to discuss the delay.

 

Q: Are there restricted areas/ zones in Singapore that you do not deliver to?

We do not deliver to army camps, hotels, and most of the islands in Singapore.

 


 


International Delivery

 

Q: Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally.

*Please note that products shipped internationally may not be designed in accordance with destination country or region standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. The customer is responsible for determining that products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country or region.

*International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country, so please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.

 

Q: Shipping Methods

International orders over $500 in value are shipped via FedEx International Priority or UPS Worldwide Express. International orders under $500 in value are shipped via FedEx Economy or Singpost.

Q: Do I pay customs fees to Michal Trio or to Shipping Company?

When you place an international order, we will ship it to you for free. Once the package arrives in your country, the courier will contact you to collect any taxes or duties. Shipping is done via Fedex International Priority/ UPS Worldwide Express for orders over S$500 in value and usually takes two to three days. Packages valued below S$500 are sent Singpost.

 

Q: Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?

Yes.
